I'm going to be quite busy with work tomorrow, so I went ahead and released the public access version a day early! You will find it in the downloads section now. 

Firstly) It's been ages since the demo dropped, so for anyone still supporting the game, I greatly appreciate you, and vow to release all future updates a great deal faster :) For something like 8 months of the last year, I had split my attention to other projects. That has stopped, and all of my development focus is on RoA until it is complete :)

Secondly) If you played the demo, this version won't offer much in the way of *plot pushing* new content, but there is a decent amount of new options for the H scenes. Content filters have been introduced, as has a Character screen that is mostly bare bones right now, but will be built upon in future releases. A brief explanation of the newly implemented features is available at the beginning of the game. I urge everyone to set their content filters for this, and future releases. 

Rivers of Astrum is being designed to be dark, and to hold a rather serious tone. Extreme things will happen. But it is also designed to be an enjoyable experience for all players, regardless of tastes or fetishes, or kinks. As such, the content filters are a way to turn all content off that you do not wish to see. Short of physically going to your house and setting your filters for you, though, that is all that I can do.
