The Current Project Plan


Hello everyone,

I just wanted to share a rough outline of the current project plan for Rivers of Astrum:

0.0.2a -  Render Scene 7 (final scene before Free Roam).

0.0.3a - Input sound effects and music into Scene 7.

0.0.4a - Begin Free-Roam sequence. Will contains 5 events/scenes with branched outcomes. The remainder of Kim's path will be largely driven by the Free Roam mechanic.

0.0.5a - Finish base Free-Roam elements + Party Camp.

0.0.6a - Finish Free-Roam scenes and branches.

0.0.7a - Proofread / "Soundify" up to end of Free-Roam phase for Kim's Path.

0.0.8a - Render ending sequences of Kim's path.

0.0.9a - Revise Kim's Path (Proofread / "Soundify" / touch up renders.)

0.1a - Major Release: Animation Phase. This phase will take a while. ... A solid animation can potentially take a week if not longer simply to render, depending on the scene. It is my goal to produce quality animations, in quality *scenes* ... not just some light-bleached empty room that i can render quickly.

-0.1.1a+ - Begin next character path.

- I will endeavor to provide updates at *least* weekly, if not more frequently.
